Budzar Industries, the leader in engineering, designing, and manufacturing custom Process Temperature Control equipment is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record to work closely with the Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Sales departments to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules remain on track.

A successful Project Manager at Budzar Industries will be a strategic thinker, well organized, and possess a strong detail-oriented, proactive background. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, but not required..

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all Project Team Members and Customer Representatives to ensure all parties stay on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meet regularly with Project Team Members to identify and resolve issues.
• Gather, analyze, and prepare status reports for Senior Management.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure all departments are informed of the changes to schedule, project scope and requirements.
• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Work closely with the customer and manage customer expectations and satisfaction during the scope of the project and immediately following.
• Maintain related documentation as needed.
• Conduct post-project efficiency evaluation and identify areas of success and less successful elements.

Project Manager Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technical Administration related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management, or completed education in a Project Management discipline.
• Ability to lead teams of various backgrounds and experience (Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing) through to project completion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Budget management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the Epicor ERP system is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
