Budzar Industries, a world-renown manufacturer of industrial temperature control equipment needs an Industrial Spare Parts Purchasing Agent.  We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, experienced professional to provide excellent service to our customers by processing quotes into orders which boosts sales.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong telephone, listening and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Background in Manufacturing a plus
  • Experience with Epicor and Visual a plus
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Reliable
  • Understand the need for urgency and be able to prioritize
  • High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers
  • Create Purchase Orders in a timely fashion
  • Liaison with Warehouse Manager and Logistics Manager
  • Create RMA’s as needed
  • Create Customs paperwork, NAFTA and Commercial Invoices
  • Confirm overseas shipment have all necessary tracking information
  • Expedite incoming and outgoing orders when required
  • Professionally communicate with customers and vendors in a timely manner via phone and email
  • Update the CRM Database as needed
  • Support the service department when needed
  • Other projects when requested by supervisor
