Budzar Industries, a world-renown manufacturer of industrial temperature control equipment needs an Industrial Spare Parts Purchasing Agent. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, experienced professional to provide excellent service to our customers by processing quotes into orders which boosts sales.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong telephone, listening and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Background in Manufacturing a plus
- Experience with Epicor and Visual a plus
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Reliable
- Understand the need for urgency and be able to prioritize
- High School diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers
- Create Purchase Orders in a timely fashion
- Liaison with Warehouse Manager and Logistics Manager
- Create RMA’s as needed
- Create Customs paperwork, NAFTA and Commercial Invoices
- Confirm overseas shipment have all necessary tracking information
- Expedite incoming and outgoing orders when required
- Professionally communicate with customers and vendors in a timely manner via phone and email
- Update the CRM Database as needed
- Support the service department when needed
- Other projects when requested by supervisor
