Inside Sales Associate
Description :
Budzar Industries, a leader in engineering, designing, and manufacturing process temperature control equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Associate with experience in the process temperature control industry. This position requires heavy phone / email customer interaction, quoting, order entry and order follow-up.
Job/Candidate Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of inside sales/customer service distribution experience in the process temperature control industry
- Ability to read detailed documents such as specifications and CAD drawings
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally
- Top-rate organizational skills – ability to multi-task and manage tasks effectively in fast paced environment
- Highly competitive and motivated
- Work collaboratively internally with other members of the sales team, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing departments
Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):
- Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers
- Quote and Customer follow-up
- Updating the CRM Database
- Performing research as needed
- Provide customer support including RFQ’s, sales order management and responding to customer inquiries
- Data entry and accuracy
- Other projects at the discretion of the sales manager
