Description :
The ideal candidate will be reliable, personable, hardworking, detailed and have the ability to interact with staff, visitors and a variety of people and tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answering main telephone line in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
- Reliable
- Managing postage machine
- Ordering office supplies
- Filing
- Folder preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
- Excellent Verbal Skills
- Must be able to work with others in an office environment
- Desire to succeed
