Our Mini Temperature Control System provides temperature controlled water to the process application for accurate temperature control. The Mini Hot Water Temperature Controllers are available with direct injection or closed-loop cooling and deliver unmatched reliability and accuracy. The Mini Temperature Control System is manufactured for maintenance free operation which makes it perfect for a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, medical, chemical, plastic, tire, and rubber.
Our Mini Temperature Control Systems, exclusively manufactured with top quality components and features a non-proprietary self-tuning controller that continuously adjusts to the process to increase production rates, improve process consistency, reduce scrap, and speed up start-up. Engineered and manufactured with an industrial duty pump with a 300°F rated EPDM HT Carbon/GI Silicar Seal and long-life cooling valve which work together to provide many years of outstanding service. The Mini Temperature Control System is compact yet powerful and is typically used in industrial applications where accurate temperature control is required including injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion.
