Hot Oil

Budzar Industries engineers, designs, and manufactures hot oil temperature control units and systems for industrial process temperature control. Used in the process of extraction and the production of rubber, tires, plastics, and others, each hot oil unit or system is manufactured with non-proprietary parts and is factory tested before shipment.  Some models include portable hot oil units, stationary hot oil units for industrial processes requiring temperatures up to 650°F, and a lubricating oil unit with a capacity range of 1 to 30 GPM.

Hot Oil Circulation systems from Budzar Industries meet process heating requirements up to 650°F  with special attention paid to operator safety.  Utilizing cut-out, no-leak design and a pressure relief valve that vents to the suction of the pump operator safety is maintained.  All three safety measures work together to prevent the operator from coming in to contact with the high temperature fluid. Our durable and high-quality oil systems are available in portable and stationary configurations and are found all over the world in rubber,  tire, plastics, and die casting manufacturing plants.
