Budzar Industries Mini BTU Mold Temperature Controller Portable Hot Water System delivers full temperature control. At 11” wide, 22 ” high and 21” long the Mini BTU is perfect for any industry process: rubber, plastics, pharmaceutical, chemical, power, steel petroleum or food requiring a reliable temperature control unit with a small footprint.
The Mini BTU available in 460 or 230 volts brings unmatched reliability and power to your production process. The Mini BTU using an industrial duty pump with an EPDM High Temperature Carbon Silicar Seal provides optimum water flow and pressure to the process. The standard 30 PSI discharge pressure delivers a powerful, turbulent flow. A continuous automatic air vent prevents heater burn-out and insures optimum heat transfer through your process. The Mini BTU is built to deliver maintenance free operation. A non-proprietary full function Omron 1/8 PID controller is standard. “Continuous Self-Tuning” allows you to set the controller once and then forget it. The controller continuously adjusts the operation of the Mini BTU to optimize the productivity of your process. A bright dual display shows separate set point and process temperatures that are easy to read under any factory lighting.
