The Budzar World Alliance (BWA) Industrial Temperature Control Modules, utilized primarily for Injection Molding, Extrusion, Diecasting, among others, are off the shelf, built for top performance and are ideally suited for all plant environments and industrial processes. The BWA Water Temperature Controllers are designed to circulate a fluid medium (typically water, glycol, process fluids) for continuous process temperature control between 32° to 250°F. The Budzar World Alliance Portable Temperature Control Unit is constructed with proven standard components as Omron 1/8 Din Non-Proprietary PID Controller, Siemens Electricals, and Copper Piping. Other construction elements include: Full Diagnostics and Protection against Loss of Power, Phase Reversal, Motor Overload, High Temperature and Loss of Water Pressure, a Time Delay on the Pressure Switch, Circuit Protectors for the Motor and Heater and a Liquid-Filled Pump Suction and Discharge Pressure Gauges. The Budzar World Alliance Mold Temperature Controllers are built with heavy-duty industrial casters for durability and are easily moved between industrial process applications.
